EDGE All Terrain
This Fall/Winter Season of EDGE Run Club will feature a 14-week training cycle that blends multiple running types, so you can find your strong on every surface.
We will alternate weeks with either Trail or Road focus (with plenty of varied terrain in between). Target races will be:
- TRAIL: Frozen Gnome 10K on 1.10.26
- TRACK/ROAD: F^3 5K or 13.1 on 1.31.26
- Note that all runs will be written in a time-based format so all runners will begin and end at the same time. Our plans can apply to any Winter Race.
Training kicks off Monday October 27th
