Athletes in the 4 Weeks to Fit Program attend strength classes geared to build muscle, burn calories, and increase endurance. All live classes are offered in both in-person and virtual formats, along with a complete on-demand library.
NUTRITION
Learn how to combine protein, carbs and fats to maximize your gains using our super simple nutrition guide. We’ll also provide heaps of supporting materials like a comprehensive recipe book, grocery guide and food list.
ACCOUNTABILITY
This is where it all comes together! We’ll pair you up with an Accountability Coach that will keep you on track, check in with you throughout the program and get you across the finish line! We have lots more Accountability built in – but you’ll need to meet with us to find out (click that button!)
