Join Us Today For Our Summer Half Ironman Group Training

Push your multi-sport talents to new heights and set yourself up for success in a fall full Ironman with EDGE’s Summer Half Ironman Training Program!

The 14-week training program will begin April 8, 2018

Half Ironman Training Includes:

  • Coached and supported group bike and run sessions, starting and ending at EDGE
  • Speed Run: Tuesdays, 6:30 PM
  • Power Bike: Wednesdays, 6:00 AM
  • Long Run: Saturdays, 8:00 AM
  • Long Bike Group Session will also be available during the weekend once the weather warms up
  • Weekly education at runs and via newsletters
  • Bike and Run Benchmark testing (FTP test, 1 Mile and/or 5K time trials)
  • Free Training Peaks account with personalized pace card
  • Full training plan written specifically for 70.3 athletes
  • Outdoor swim clinics

Suggested level of training at the start of the program:

  • Swimming: 750 meters continuous
  • Biking: 75 minutes or 1.5 Watts/Kg (FTP Test required)
  • Running: 5 miles
